Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plant General Manager to manage and lead overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive plant safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Oversee human capital planning, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Manage plant budgeting processes and ensure execution of capital expenditures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in a production environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred
