Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update physician records, negotiate fees, and expand the physician panel
• Onboard new physicians, ensuring compliance with client specifications and collecting necessary documentation
• Assist physician reviewers with inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Equivalent transferable skills will be considered
• Prior experience in a healthcare and/or insurance business environment is preferred
• Working knowledge of physician networks, medical specialties, and compliance guidelines
