Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for various roles including Physicians and APRNs
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates while maintaining relationships with hiring managers
- Promote the company as an employer of choice and participate in recruitment initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years of experience in recruitment functions required; seven years preferred
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is necessary
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
- HR or recruiting certifications are preferred
