A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for various roles including Physicians and APRNs
• Source, screen, and recommend candidates while maintaining relationships with hiring managers
• Promote the company as an employer of choice and participate in recruitment initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of experience in recruitment functions required; seven years preferred
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is necessary
• Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
• HR or recruiting certifications are preferred
