Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Programs Specialist responsible for leading administrative and operational tasks to facilitate the execution of clinical programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming clinical programs calls and conduct outreach to prescribers, pharmacies, and members
- Lead administrative tasks to support the implementation of clinical programs and manage drug lists
- Support reporting requirements and ensure communication among all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license
- 2+ years of applicable experience in a clinical pharmacy setting or related healthcare experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction
