- Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering, Product, and Design leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Lead key people processes such as performance calibrations, promotion reviews, and compensation planning
- Oversee learning & development programs and contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement and culture
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a people-centric environment
- Experience with internal communications
- Ability to influence and partner strategically with leadership
- Hands-on approach and comfort with ambiguity
- Familiarity with HR systems and learning platforms
