Job Summary
A company is looking for a Peer Review Administrator to serve as the primary liaison between the organization and Peer Reviewer panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Peer Reviewers, including documentation and training
- Maintain a master database of active and past Peer Reviewers, tracking their credentials and progress
- Prepare monthly reimbursement reports and serve as the point of contact for payment issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree plus three years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets and presentation software applications
- Familiarity with database software programs and multiple cloud-based platforms
- Knowledge of the health care system and medical specialties; LPN or RN licensure preferred
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
