Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Review Administrator to serve as the primary liaison between the organization and Peer Reviewer panels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Peer Reviewers, including documentation and training
  • Maintain a master database of active and past Peer Reviewers, tracking their credentials and progress
  • Prepare monthly reimbursement reports and serve as the point of contact for payment issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree plus three years of experience or Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets and presentation software applications
  • Familiarity with database software programs and multiple cloud-based platforms
  • Knowledge of the health care system and medical specialties; LPN or RN licensure preferred
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
