Job Summary

A company is looking for a PCC Verification Associate II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as front line support for the Patient Connection Center
  • Review orders for complex outpatient services and specialized procedures for completeness prior to scheduling
  • Verify patient insurance, confirm benefits, determine authorization requirements, and create patient liability estimates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in Revenue Cycle or related clerical accounting/finance, with one year in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
  • No specific licensure or certification required by law
  • Four years of related healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred
  • Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
