P&C Insurance Carrier Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Relations Manager with Brokerage Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Carrier Relations strategy, expanding existing partnerships and adding new Carriers
• Negotiate access to competitive product portfolios and monitor contract performance for compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Carriers, serving as the primary contact for communication and negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines carrier relationship management
• Active P&C Insurance License in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Proven track record in cultivating and managing Carrier relationships
• Experience in contract management and collaboration with senior internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Google Suite applications
