About the position
Responsibilities
• Process payroll for a list of assigned clients using HRIS systems.
• Integrate payroll with clients’ 401k plans and general ledgers.
• Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the payroll process.
• Answer client inquiries regarding payroll and related services.
• Build reports and map payroll to client general ledgers.
• Continuously learn about payroll, taxes, and HRIS systems to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
• Associate’s degree (preferred)
• Entry-level position with under 1 year of office experience
• Knowledge of accounting and payroll processes
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and HRIS systems
• Strong work ethic and detail-oriented mindset
Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience in payroll or HRIS systems
• Experience with general ledgers and payroll integrations
• Aptitude for technology and custom reporting
