Payroll Operations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Operations & Vendor Management consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships, including SLAs with ADP
• Support with pending service requests (SRs) and CRM tickets
• Provide oversight of payroll processes and contribute to project-related activities

Required Qualifications:

• Strong payroll operations experience
• Knowledge of ADP Celergo and GlobalView
• Experience managing vendor relationships and SLAs
