We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to service offerings, pricing, and support processes.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant team to effectively address client needs and improve service delivery.
• Educate clients on how to maximize the benefits of virtual assistants for their personal or business tasks.
• Gather feedback and insights from clients to contribute to the enhancement of services.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative in resolving issues.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
