Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our virtual assistant services, offering solutions and guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and service improvements.
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
