Park Place Finance, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and drive the execution of our company’s strategic growth plan through high-impact talent acquisition. This role will focus exclusively on recruiting and hiring, with a strong emphasis on identifying and onboarding top-tier sales talent within the mortgage and lending industry. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in sourcing and engaging Loan Officers and other high-performing sales professionals, and will bring a deep understanding of the competitive landscape within private lending and mortgage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of recruiting for multiple departments, with a primary focus on: Loan Officers and other sales roles, operations and support staff, specialized and leadership positions
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the lending industry to attract and convert high-caliber talent.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Create and refine scalable, repeatable recruiting processes that support efficient and effective hiring at all levels.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in all candidate interactions, promoting the company’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to support the onboarding and training transition, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and equipped for success.
  • Provide regular insights to leadership on hiring trends, candidate feedback, and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting in the mortgage, lending, or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring Loan Officers and other sales-focused professionals
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and highly organized
