Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and critical paths
• Lead weekly ceremonies, governance, and reporting, including standups and steering committee meetings
• Oversee data migration, integrations with trading partners, and ensure compliance and readiness for cutover

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ Oracle Cloud implementations in Financials and HCM
• Experience delivering integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners or legacy applications
• Strong understanding of project mechanics including fit-gap analysis, data conversion, and vendor management
• Familiarity with FBDI/ADFDI, OIC/ETL, REST/SOAP, and reporting tools
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
