Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Excel-based data models for Global Services Capacity Planning
- Analyze Revenue Actuals vs Budget to identify trends and actionable insights
- Manage operational datasets ensuring accuracy and availability for reporting needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or operations analyst role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with financial data, capacity models, and operational KPIs
- Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization best practices is preferred
