Job Summary
A company is looking for an Open Enrollment Benefit Consultant for a temporary/contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret benefit plan documents to ensure accurate system configuration
- Configure benefit plans and set up open enrollment workflows in the Paycom Benefits Administration module
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to ensure correct plan mapping and troubleshoot configuration issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with Paycom benefits administration
- Ability to work collaboratively with various business units
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust approaches based on feedback
- Knowledge of compliance with ACA and COBRA rules
- Experience in creating documentation and training HR teams on system use
