Open Enrollment Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Open Enrollment Benefit Consultant for a temporary/contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret benefit plan documents to ensure accurate system configuration
• Configure benefit plans and set up open enrollment workflows in the Paycom Benefits Administration module
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to ensure correct plan mapping and troubleshoot configuration issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with Paycom benefits administration
• Ability to work collaboratively with various business units
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust approaches based on feedback
• Knowledge of compliance with ACA and COBRA rules
• Experience in creating documentation and training HR teams on system use
