Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Associate Faculty (Adjunct) Faculty in College Reading Strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online instruction, including grading assignments and engaging in classroom discussions
• Support students in developing reading and comprehension skills necessary for academic success
• Provide constructive feedback and foster critical thinking among students

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Reading/Literacy, English, Communication, Social Science, or a closely related field
• Experience teaching or tutoring in reading or literacy development at the secondary or postsecondary level
• Knowledge of evidence-based strategies for improving reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to teaching in an online environment
• Eligibility to work in the United States with access to a computer and internet
