Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager I to manage customer relationships during the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from kickoff through data migration, ensuring timely value delivery
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the AppFolio Investment Manager platform and the real estate industry
• Lead product training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate technology
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
