Oklahoma Developer Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Analyst to collaborate on application management and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with payroll and employee process owners to document application defects and enhancements
• Configure, test, deploy, and maintain software while creating and updating system documentation
• Gather and document business requirements, providing estimates for proposed changes and coordinating development activities

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with UKG Pro Payroll and Workforce Management systems
• Knowledge of Dell Boomi and integrations for UKG Payroll Pro
• Understanding of United States payroll laws and regulations, particularly in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and basic project management concepts
