Key Responsibilities

• Supervises Agency Support and Licensing teams, managing performance and fostering a high-performance culture
• Implements onboarding processes and ensures compliance with licensing and appointment requirements
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and manages third-party product portfolio execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a health insurance or operations role
• Health Insurance License preferred
• Strong supervisory skills and business acumen
• In-depth knowledge of health insurance industry practices and licensing procedures
