ODM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ODM Developer to support large-scale state projects focused on client eligibility systems within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement business rules and decision services using IBM ODM or other BRMS tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into executable decision logic
• Integrate ODM solutions with Java applications, APIs, and databases for real-time decision processing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in developing and managing business rules and decision services
• Proven expertise in implementing business rules using ODM or comparable BRMS tools
• Advanced experience integrating rule engines within Java-based enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of decision modeling (DMN) and rule authoring best practices
• Skilled in testing, debugging, and tuning rule executions across multiple environments
