What you’ll do:

  • Provide direct and remote technical support for:
    • Operating systems and software
    • Computer hardware and peripherals (printers, projectors, multifunction devices)
    • Computer networks
    • VoIP and mobile phones
    • CCTV monitoring
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and mobile devices.
  • Maintain documentation, records, analyze business processes, and create instructions.
  • Support internal IT orders (purchases, comparisons, analyses, summaries) and manage the warehouse.
  • Diagnose basic problems in computer network operations.
  • Administer access rights and licenses at a basic level.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of three years of documented practical experience in an IT support department.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware construction.
  • Practical knowledge of directory services like Microsoft Active Directory, including permission and object organization.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop systems and basic knowledge of Linux and macOS systems (installation, configuration, and operation).
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration and maintenance.
  • Understanding of software and system licensing principles.
  • Fluent Polish language skills.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Ability to work in a team, proactive attitude, and willingness to develop.

Bonus points:

  • Practical knowledge of software, hardware, and license management (Software & Hardware Asset Management, Package Managers, OS Deployment Tools).
  • Experience in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
  • Ability to configure accounting and HR software workstations.
  • Knowledge of networking issues at the Cisco CCNA level.
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (VirtualBox/Hyper-V/VMware).
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO/GPP, etc.).
  • Experience in using monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix).
