Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Resolution Officer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex loan portfolio of problem relations, evaluating credit risk and developing resolution strategies
• Oversee credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal risks associated with client transactions
• Monitor assigned portfolios, reporting losses or significant changes and presenting cases to the Special Assets Committee as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Commercial Resolution, Special Assets, Distressed Loans, and/or Workout, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years' experience managing a portfolio of Substandard grade credits
• Experience managing a portfolio size of $75+MM, preferably with a Bank with at least $100B in assets
• Expert knowledge of current bankruptcy laws and regulations
• Skilled in designing and implementing complex loan restructures and collateral liquidation strategies
