As a Mid-Level Insurance Consultant at New York Life, you will leverage your expertise and analytical skills to provide clients with personalized insurance strategies. You will work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that address unique financial situations, helping clients make informed choices that protect their financial future.

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert recommendations for insurance products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for new business growth.
  • Collaborate with other financial professionals within the organization to create comprehensive financial plans that cater to client goals.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to educate clients about coverage options and risk management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM and analytical tools to track interactions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or financial consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs accurately.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of clients.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Desire to pursue additional certifications or licenses as necessary.
