  • Participate in training and development programs designed to enhance leadership and management skills.

Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to lead and develop others within a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and network effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for success.
  • Previous experience in sales, finance, or insurance is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and registrations (sponsored by New York Life).
  • The ideal candidate should have a background in executive or managerial positions
  • Prior experience in overseeing business operations is a must
