MZ Wallace is seeking a full-time Finance & Administration Manager who will play an integral role in the growth and development of the company. You will be responsible for supporting the finance department in various accounting and analytics tasks, as well as projects to improve operational efficiency. This position reports to the Controller. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Transaction processing for Accounts Payable/Receivable to ensure maintenance of accurate records  
  • Provide financial reporting and FP&A support to the Controller  
  • Manage strategic planning projects for the CFO  
  • Coordinate office technology and systems deployed company-wide  
  • Ad-hoc program and project management to support the organization's growth  
  • Address departmental inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall efficiency 
  • Support month-end/year-end closes, account reconciliation, and annual audit and review processes 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent degree/experience 
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience  
  • Understanding of basic finance and accounting principles and procedures 
  • Knowledge of technology including Microsoft Office (Oracle/NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus) 
  • Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work comfortably under pressure, and meet tight deadlines  
  • Roll-up-the-sleeves approach, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external partners at all levels 
New York Pay Range
$70,000$90,000 USD
