Our partner is an international Production and logisic company, and we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to their team. The position needs high quality organization skills, the ability of workig alone, and he/she is able to handle complex task systems.
Responsibilities
- Processing orders correctly and on time
- Management of orders including order submission, modifcation, cancellation
- Handling of claims, returns
- Entering orders into the system, issuing invoices, issuing approvals
- Receiving various requests and providing information about products, receiving orders or complaints
- Communication with domestic customers via phone, email
- Work in internal systems necessary for business
- Processing complaints - receiving complaints, processing complaints, issuing approvals, communication with the customer and production, processing complaints in the internal system
- Closely cooperates with other departments of the company
- Creates and analyses relevant reports based on superior request
- Performs other tasks upon request of the superior
- knowledge of English language
- computer skills (MS Office); knowledge of SAP is an advantage
