Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft CRM Application Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for new workflows and customer journeys
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, supporting third-party system integrations
• Set up modules across Sales, Service, and Marketing, ensuring scalability across clinics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Solid understanding of CRM and ERP concepts, including workflows and data import/export
• Previous experience managing CRM implementation projects
• Familiarity with aesthetic clinics or B2B partner environments is a plus
• Experience with Power Platform tools and third-party integrations is advantageous
