In this impactful Junior role, you will support our Spanish-speaking clients by providing exceptional service and guidance regarding our online learning platforms and educational technology solutions.
Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help them navigate our educational offerings. By delivering outstanding customer support, you will play a key role in enhancing the learning experience for students and educators alike.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding online learning products and services
- Assist clients with account setup, course enrollment, and technical issues
- Educate users on platform features and best practices to maximize their learning experience
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex inquiries efficiently
- Gather user feedback to inform improvements to our online learning offerings
- Stay updated on EdTech trends and developments to provide informed assistance
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on education and technology
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the EdTech industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passionate about education and helping users succeed
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
