Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across social media platforms in Portuguese
• Review content submissions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand values
• Interact with users through comments, messages, and posts, providing assistance as needed
• Identify and report inappropriate content or behavior, escalating issues when necessary
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance user engagement and brand messaging
• Analyze user feedback to inform moderation practices and content strategies
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices in content moderation

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Understanding of social media platforms and experience with content moderation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is advantageous
