Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Greek through phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services
- Document interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
- Educate clients on how to effectively utilize our offerings
- Collect and report customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay informed about service updates
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
