Your proficiency in German will allow you to effectively communicate with users and manage diverse content.

As a Content Moderator, your primary duties will include reviewing and moderating user-generated content, engaging with users, and adhering to community guidelines. Your ability to think critically and maintain a keen eye for detail will help in identifying inappropriate content and fostering a respectful online environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on social media platforms in German
• Evaluate content submissions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand values
• Communicate with users in comments and messages, addressing their questions and concerns
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate content or behavior within the community
• Work closely with the social media team to promote positive user engagement
• Analyze feedback from the community to improve moderation and content strategies
• Keep updated on current social media trends and best practices in moderation

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with social media platforms and familiarity with content moderation practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage tasks under tight deadlines
• Adept at multitasking and prioritizing duties effectively
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is preferred
• Enthusiasm for social media and commitment to building positive online communities
