Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Learning & EdTech Department. In this impactful Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online education platforms and enhancing their learning experiences.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with course inquiries, technical support, and account management. You will play a key role in promoting our commitment to accessible education and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding our online learning services
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to course information, registration, and account issues
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and service enhancements
  • Stay informed about current trends in online education and learning technologies
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online education or EdTech, is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for education and technology with a desire to help others succeed
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
