Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

- Keep accurate records of customer inquiries and solutions delivered within our support system.

- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly desirable.
