Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking clients with billing inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Support clients with account setup, billing discrepancies, payment processing, and invoice issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing questions and improve processes.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Inform clients about billing policies and procedures to enhance their understanding.
- Analyze recurring billing issues and propose enhancements to avoid future complications.
- Engage in team meetings and training sessions to refine service delivery.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, billing, or financial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with billing systems and accounting software is advantageous.
