Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent specializing in the automotive sector to join our remote team based in Greece. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers regarding automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance, and issues.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and service appointments in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
- Collaborate with technical support and the automotive team to resolve complex issues effectively.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product updates to enhance knowledge and service.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Familiarity with customer service software and automotive platforms is a plus.
- A strong interest in automotive topics and terminology.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
