Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to a range of electronic products.
- Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Manage warranty claims and facilitate product returns or exchanges.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems.
- Stay informed about the company's product offerings, features, and industry trends.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve product and service quality.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or tech industry is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding and a passion for electronic products.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
