Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Customer Support Agent (Italian-speaking) specialized in POS System Solutions to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries related to our POS systems via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions promptly.
- Educate customers on the features and functionalities of the POS system to enhance their usability.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the development team to report persistent issues and suggest improvements.
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve the service and support experience.
- Stay updated with the latest product developments to ensure accurate communication with clients.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a technical or software environment, is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Competence in using customer support tools and software effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
