Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and educate clients about services and benefits via phone and chat
- Prioritize client safety and wellbeing, escalating concerns as necessary
- Support HR Managers and Customer Representatives in coordinating client support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in mental health system navigation, such as case management or patient advocacy
- Experience with customer relationship management tools like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to convey information clearly and warmly in writing
- Experience in healthcare or technology environments is preferred
