A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service and cross-sell credit union products and services
- Perform member account maintenance and provide technical support for electronic services
- Maintain member records and ensure confidentiality while resolving service issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
- Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or related experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
