Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication methods
• Consult with members to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Perform account maintenance tasks and ensure confidentiality of member information

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
