A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaign effectiveness
- Own and optimize integrations between marketing technology tools, implementing advanced automation workflows and strategies
- Lead the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and drive strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Marketo Certified Expert with advanced skills in campaign architecture and automation
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking and lead management
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics/reporting platforms preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a global or enterprise B2B environment
