A company is looking for a Controller, Outsourced Accounting in the Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote accounting team and oversee client deliverables
• Provide advisory services to clients regarding financial statements and process improvements
• Maintain relationships with client CFOs and ensure financial reporting accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in manufacturing, retail, and distribution
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Ability to learn and adapt to new accounting technologies
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
