Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Director - Economics & Statistical Analysis Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a testifying expert in high-stakes litigation across multiple practice areas
• Define and direct complex data, economic, financial, and statistical analyses to support expert opinions
• Lead the development of persuasive, well-supported expert reports and rebuttals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a Master's with CPA or similar certifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience in economics consulting
• Demonstrated expertise in Property Damages, Trademark Damages, and False Advertising Damages
• Testimony experience required
• Proven ability to generate business through established industry relationships
