Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Assistants who will lead and develop a team providing support to dementia care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Medical Assistants, focusing on performance and development
• Own day-to-day operations and optimize workflows to enhance team performance and patient experience
• Act as a liaison between Medical Assistants and other teams to ensure effective communication and workflow alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience managing healthcare support staff in a high-volume or virtual care environment
• Strong proficiency with EHR systems, G-Suite, and telehealth tools
• Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical compliance standards
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for telehealth operations
