Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of Listening test items and materials for large-scale English language proficiency assessments
• Manage test development staff, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to quality control and test security procedures
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, and the recruitment of consultant item writers and reviewers

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with at least two years of relevant experience
• Expertise in developing large-scale English oral language proficiency assessments for K-12 multilingual learners
• Experience supervising test item development in a high-stakes context
• Deep familiarity with the oral language needs of K-12 multilingual learners
• Experience managing complex assessment projects
