Summary:

The Global Partnerships team is responsible for managing the organization’s relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, media, and entertainment. Focusing on social media platforms, the team drives product priorities and supports partner success across our family of apps. We are seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers in the entertainment sector, assisting with data analysis, partner program management, and inbound partner interactions

Role Overview: The Partner Solutions Manager plays a crucial role in driving the adoption of partner solutions and maintaining key relationships with partners, product teams, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to unlock business value across the family of apps.
  • Developing externally-facing partner solutions and scalable program offerings.
  • Providing platform and product expertise while designing holistic partnership strategies and pursuing innovative opportunities.
  • Engaging with top strategic partners, focusing on product expertise, account management, and partner data analysis.

This role requires a combination of strong consultative and analytical skills, in-depth product knowledge, and exceptional cross-functional relationship capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner management, or project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the entertainment ecosystem, including experience working directly with entertainment partners.
  • Industry experience in technology, social media, digital platforms, or entertainment.
  • A self-starter who can prioritize work streams effectively and communicate these priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong operational skills with a proven ability to unite teams and functions to increase efficiency.
  • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to leverage insights to drive decision-making.

Location: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)

Role type: Contract 11 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
