Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead PAP Specialist who will oversee the retail team and ensure compliance with department protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze claim audits to ensure timely submissions per Medicare guidelines
- Handle escalated phone calls from patients or insurance companies and provide guidance to staff
- Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, ensuring timely delivery of equipment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services required
- Two (2) years of HME claims experience preferred
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment that routinely bills insurance is considered
