Lead IT Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and manage up to two cohorts of students in assigned academic delivery methodologies
• Provide leadership and training to Instructors to enhance their teaching skills and student support
• Plan and deliver curriculum while monitoring student progress and engagement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• A minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry within the last 10 years
• At least 2 years of experience in classroom and online instruction preferred
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications for the courses being taught
• Experience in providing constructive feedback and enhancing academic programs
