Lead Delivery Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Delivery Engineer to manage complex client implementations from discovery through launch and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream client implementations, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget goals are met
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable configurations and integration designs, ensuring performance and compliance
• Establish program governance, manage stakeholder alignment, and drive delivery outcomes through effective communication and risk management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery engineering, implementation, or technical program management in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent implementations and cross-functional teams in an agile setting
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Hands-on experience configuring web/SaaS products and orchestrating integrations
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to convey complex information between business and technical stakeholders
